Fuse Web receives personal data directly from its customers and interested parties. Additionally, it receives personal data from third parties in the context of fulfilling an agreement with its customers, for example, through the service provider who has their invoices scanned.

The retention period that Fuse Web adheres to is 2 years, unless:

• An ongoing agreement is still in effect (in such cases, we retain the data for as long as the agreement lasts + 2 years after the end of the agreement, unless one of the following exceptions applies);
• Laws and regulations require us to retain data longer;
• We retain the data to establish our rights (in such cases, we retain it for 7 years);
• In the case of job applications (in such cases, we retain it for 6 months, unless otherwise agreed with you).

You always have the right to:

• Data portability (i.e., having your personal data transferred to you);
• The right to be forgotten (i.e., the right to be forgotten);
• Access;
• Correction, supplementation, and deletion of data;
• Restriction of processing;
• Object to data processing

Fuse Web processes personal data for its customers with whom it has concluded an assignment agreement. The personal data it processes for these customers is received from the customer and then returned to them in digital form. Fuse Web does not share your data with others, unless specifically mentioned hereafter and unless otherwise agreed by separate agreement. Strict confidentiality applies.

As mentioned above, Fuse Web attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and your privacy in particular. We therefore take appropriate measures to prevent any unlawful use, misuse, loss, theft, leak, unwanted disclosure, unauthorized access, or unauthorized modification.
